Going to replace the FTP access and will be accessible over the
internet with authentication.

- Use renamed templates repo.
- Remove manual stages order, not needed with pre-commit running in
  .pre.

New, faster internet connection.

Some configuration entries were from a old version of the Transmission
daemon that accidentally kept around from a long time ago.

This reverts commit c181d402.

It was already there.

There's a build error with the Alpine image ('You don't have write
permissions for the /usr/local/bundle directory.'). I took a quick look
but didn't see anything obvious or any open issues for it. It's faster
to just replace the base image and move forward.

Set a lower TOS for the torrent traffic. Also less connections.

The Transmission daemon image uses Alpine linux as the base which uses
busybox. realpath supports different switches in Busybox. Instead of
testing things on Alpine and Busybox, rewrite it in Python (sort of
modern Perl replacement).

Remove shows I'm not watching (or that my ex-wife used to watch) and add
some British shows I am watching.

Get the uid and gid from the owner and group of the Downloads folder (if
it exists). Use /var/lib/transmission as both the home directory and
Transmission' home directory (instead of ~/.config/transmission-daemon).
No need to set the user or mount /etc/passwd in the Compose config.

The uid will differ because it will the host user, but the entrypoint
script should take care of it.

Avoid trying to use the home directory of the host user.

It's done better in the web proxy.
