Not user why, but
/usr/local/lib/node_modules/@bitwarden/cli/node_modules/http-assert/node_modules/statuses/HISTORY.md
has a very high owner UID (1516583083) which exceeds the default
subordinate range in /etc/subuid. Since this image is meant for use
rootless with toolbx, this is an issue as it fails to pull correctly.

It's already provided by a host-spawn link to the host's podman.

Since the image is meant to be used with toolbx (which uses podman),
linking to host-spawn uses the host's podman which provides a better
experience.

I think that it was pdm-publish (that hasn't been updated for over 2
years) that's causing the issue. It requires an older version of PDM and
because of that it's breaking the installation of pdm-version and leaves
PDM broken (pipx downgrades PDM but the dependencies aren't installed
properly). Just a theory, let's check.
