Not sure about this one so let's try it out.

Use the defaults from the toolbx image.

Stay with open source licenses to avoid unpleasantries.

It's already provided by a host-spawn link to the host's podman.

Since the image is meant to be used with toolbx (which uses podman),
linking to host-spawn uses the host's podman which provides a better
experience.

I think that it was pdm-publish (that hasn't been updated for over 2
years) that's causing the issue. It requires an older version of PDM and
because of that it's breaking the installation of pdm-version and leaves
PDM broken (pipx downgrades PDM but the dependencies aren't installed
properly). Just a theory, let's check.

Still conflicts with other package dependencies.

Pin the priority to 99 (lower than existing packages) as to prevent
unwanted breakge but it's still possible to install packages from it
with `apt install foo/unstable`.

They were removed because their dependencies conflicted with other

It requires an older version of Click and conflicts with Black.

It's conflicting with Black (require conflicting versions of Click) and
I don't remember the last time I used Chalice (if ever) but I do use
Black often.

`ansible-galaxy` requires an older version of `resolvelib`, so add a pip
constraints file to install the needed version.
