Toolbx: Remove --compressed from .curlrc.

Until a new version of cURL is released with the fix from
https://github.com/curl/curl/issues/13212 and is available in Debian
testing, this is needed for downloading the OpenTofu keyring (see
https://git.shore.co.il/shore/dockerfiles/-/jobs/18053 for the failed
build).
