From version 0.9.0, Python 3.8+ is targeted. But I still default to 3.6
with ElementaryOS Hera.

It didn't proxy through ns1, only worked from inside the home network.

- Add pygobject (needed for OSTree).
- Update packages.

- Restart in case of an error. Should be more robust for handling errors
and is a bit simpler.
- Better decoding of messages (forgot I wrote that one).

Same as the Vagrant plugins, this is really inside the home directory
and not globally installable (like the other binaries in the Makefile).

With the alias the notification show the whole command when it exits
(and I just want wb in the notification).

- Add my local scripts to the path (broke in
e3966f76).
- Output some information to the syslog.
- A little better handling of errors.

The flatpak name has changed.

The only job was to run the Git post-merge hook daily (don't remember
why I did that).

ElementaryOS now has a new enough Flatpak pacakge that has the kill
command.

The previous one messed up the Vim syntax highlighting.

The shell version of toolbox is no longer maintained.

It causes tmux in the workbench and in ns1 to complain.

Running pre-commit.

GitLab redirects but Git warns.

Pre-emptive change (since I don't know when I'll be affected by it).

The `git-Init` script created the repo on the cgit instance, but that's
not a thing anymore. Replace it with the `git-initial` script which just
creates a local repo and an initial empty commit.

Update refrences from the cgit instance to GitLab. Yay!
