- Added .cargo/bin to $PATH. 

- Split $PATH declaratios to multiple, shorter lines.
- Settled on a shell function deduce-aws-region that gets the EC2 instance
  region from the 169.254.169.254 and sets AWS_DEFAULT_REGION.
