They're not meant to be checked by the hooks in .pre-commit-config.yaml
(that test the code in the repo) but by the ones in
.pre-commit-hooks.yaml (test cases for the hooks in the repo).

That tag seems to have been removed from the repo.

New hooks for packer fmt, fix and validate. Includes test files.

For an issue with pylint in that version.

The repository for the GitLab CI templates has been renamed.

I'm tired of fighting with semver-bump and that hook.

- Remove the Ansible Vault check hook, it did just the opposite. In case
  it's needed, use the one from
https://git.shore.co.il/ansible/ansible-pre-commit, any tag before
0.8.0.
- Remove the pip-outdated hook, it's a bad replacement for piprot (which
  is abandoned). If it's still needed use
https://git.shore.co.il/nimrod/python-pre-commit.

- Add a test file for that hook.
- Fix the issues found.

- Replace the pre-commit try-repo template. The only repo that's using
  it (now that all other repos have been archived) is this. The point of
the template is lost when there's just 1 project using it.
- Install Terraform for the relevant hooks.

- Add the hooks package.
- Refactor and fix the bulk_check function.

To test some of the hooks with pre-commit try-repo.

- A bunch of hooks, some copied from previous repos, some improvements
  on previous attempts, some new.
- README, CI, etc.
- A Python utilities module for helping with Python hooks.
