- Test with pre-commit.
- GitLab release and PyPI upload on tagged commits.

- Use common Python project pre-commit config.
- Address issues.
- Use the same description in the CLI and the package.
- Fail on importing the MySQL client inside the function (allow
importing without errors).

I'm going to replace it with GitLab CI.

- Bumped patch release version.

- Added fabfile.
- Ran setup.py through yapf.
- Bumped minor release version.
