Move to GitLab, deprecation and remove TravisCI.

- Update pre-commit hooks.
- Fix complaints from pre-commit.
- Remove checks for the ldap_attr, I'm not going to check it.
- Remove TravisCI (left the file for future reference).
- Add note about project deprecation and replacement.
- Add GitLab CI with pre-commit.
