- Remove python3-wheel Debian package, I'm installing it from PyPI
anyway.
- Install the Debian package for pyyaml since building it seems to fail.

Maybe that will solve it.

It's unmaitained and can be easily replaced.

With the latest pip and the new resolver, let pip work it out.

It was an awscli dependency on colorama<0.4.4 and >=0.2.5.

I'm not sure why, but pip keeps trying older and older versions of
awslic and botocore. Force the version for pip.

- Use the new format for APT sources and keyrings.
- Installl the Google Cloud SDK.
- Use the full URLs for images.

For flatpak-spawn to work.

I think it's fixed in toolbox, but didn't make to the 0.0.99 release.
