This makes is easier to update the dependencies, because only url and sha256 needs to be changed

The manifest only builds the ones that work, so there are some
that still need extra dependencies.

I add some tooling to generate the addon modules, thanks to
@gasinvein. This needs more cleaning up still, but it works.

This is not everything yet. Just a/la/so and includes.

Compiles OK, kodi detects it, but I can not seem to test it
(kodi can not detect disk format somehow).

I can't test this. It says "Found CEC" but I have no devices
to test with. Need to circumvent libcec build code in 2 places
to even build.

Mostly basic sensible data and a few screenshots from the current
website.

I left the OARS section all "none" since the flatpak has no
content.

This makes DVD playback work (tested).

- Remove ghostscript.
- use deps and deps-filename where needed.
- Remove 2 unused bits from build.
- Use XDG_DATA_DIR instead of $HOME/...

- Only share xdg-{movies,music,pictures} and not all of home.
- I did not test wayland support. Disable it now.
- Rename desktop file.
- Remove unnecesary options for bluez configure.
- Update ghostscript
- Fix libical before bluez, udev first as well.
- No parallel make flag.
- Use cmake-ninja buildsystem
- Update sdk and runtime.
- Better parallel builds for samba.
- Use udev and glu from shared-modules.
- Update libcdio, but disable all features
- Attempt to fix icon post-install.
- Remove obsolete modules.
- Add python, fix post-install, and make fmt external.
