- Add a new alias for using __pypackages__ per the rejected PEP582 which
  I still like.
- Move the Python shell stuff to .bashrc.d/

Create local backups of files.

- Remove the tf wrapper, use the version from PyPI.
- Move all of the Terraform stuff to ~/.bashrc.d/ .
- Use OpenTofu instead of Terraform with tf.
- Refresh the outputs after an apply.

Going to make things more modular and I can add files there that aren't
included in the repo.

Now tools like gm and qpdf would be available too.

Will work on newer releases with default packages.

Same as unssh and unscp (unsecure, doesn't validate host keys).

Apparently they're the best citizens on the internet and I don't them
knowing everything I do (who trusts Google anyway).
