The workbench image now the `docker` CLI, `podman-remote` and `podman`
symlinked to `host-spawn`. They all work out of the box without any
added configuration. So split the config to `.bashrc.d/`, replace some
aliases that use `docker` locally with `podman`, remove useless config,
add the `docker` contexts and replace aliases using `docker` remotely
with contexts.

Some hooks fail to install.

Disable automattic package manager locking. Small cleanup of NodeJS
shell stuff.

Fail if there is no next workspace, breaks loops.

Some Terraform providers need them.

The script in Poquita only scans the audio library. The one in the
Transmission image requires some environment variables and also sends a
notification to Nextcloud. So fallback to using cURL.

With HAProxy I'm getting disconnections.

I'm using the remote administration option of Cockpit nowadays.

New development, use the HTTPS port! Allows to break through firewalls
and restricted networks.

Use the keys from sl-devops.

- Add a new alias for using __pypackages__ per the rejected PEP582 which
  I still like.
- Move the Python shell stuff to .bashrc.d/

Create local backups of files.

- Remove the tf wrapper, use the version from PyPI.
- Move all of the Terraform stuff to ~/.bashrc.d/ .
- Use OpenTofu instead of Terraform with tf.
- Refresh the outputs after an apply.

Going to make things more modular and I can add files there that aren't
included in the repo.
