- Ignore hidden files when generating the SSH config (otherwise Vim's temporary files are added which messes up the config).

- Correct bug when running git update-requirements when there are more than 2 requirements files in the repo.

- Add more Ansible configuration options via environment varible because ~/.ansible.cfg is not read if there's an ansible.cfg present in the current directory.

- Fix bug with SSH config generation, order was not correct (keep safe handling of unusual filenames).
