- Removed debug function, instead debug messages are always sent using
logger directly.

- changed apt-daily alias to use apt-get instead of apt because the apt version that comes with Jessie on my PocketCHIP doesn't support autoclean with apt.

- Removed proxy via ns1 for ns2, instead opened the firewall in ns2 but
rate limited ssh connections.
- Removed Gitolite Vagrant box.
- Corrected 2nd key file for host01, wdr4300.
