Spamer script, desktop file and symlink for autostart.

The Flatpak app was renamed, update accordingly.

Too many changes in one commit that aren't relevant to each other all
because I didn't commit these for some time and they piled up, exactly
what I shouldn't do.

- Remove some Git submodules. They're not needed.
- Remove the REPREPRO_BASE_DIR environment variable, it's set with
direnv inside that project.
- Use Docker Buildkit.
- Use auto Python interpeter with Ansible, prefer Python3.

- Add the shared AWS keys to the Endless SSH config.

- Added Makefile to download the vendored and binary files.
- Replace gen-ssh-config with the said Makefile.
- Update all sorts of Bash completion files.
- Added `kompose` Bash completion file.
- Replace pythonrc submodule with said Makefile.
- Replace `bfg` shell function with said Makefile (and short shell
alias).
- Update Git hook to use Makefile, remove whatever was removed.
- Added `rc_update` shell alias to force update all said files.
- Added `kind` Golang binary.

Use the pythonrc Python startup script added as a submodule instead of
fiddling around with a script to build a (not really working) version
for myself.

post-merge.
- Moved direnv to .bashrc, it shouldn't have been in .bash_completion.d
to begin with.
- Added a copy of pythonrc.py (from
https://github.com/lonetwin/pythonrc/).
- Generate Python startup script.
- Output during post-merge to stderr.

less portable than customizing the prompt myself.
- Symlink the TravisCI Bash completion to the one generated by the
travis gem inside .bash_completion.d, remove specific source in .bashrc.
- Moved AWS CLI completion to file inside .bash_completion.d.
- Removed some unused blocks in .bashrc.

Git configuration.
- Don't ignore all files, but set status.showUntrackedFiles to no, add
to post-merge hook.

- Moved pkgs Ansible playbook and Dropbox autostart to new ansible-desktop-playbooks Git repo, added said repo as submodule.
