- Add requirements.txt if needed.
- Migrate from fabfile to Makefile (remove git actions).
- Add LGPL v2.1 or later license.
- Add setuptools, make repo pip installable.
- Add testing (unit on different virutal environments, perhaps use tox).
- Investigate better Debian packaging.
